The question is following.
A friend of mine forget his Apple ID password and cannot re-activate his iPhone. The biggest problem that it Activation page on the phone is showing s*****@icloud.com (should be sergeyushkov@icoud.com), so he even cannot send the e-mail to recover the password. Can you please assist in this situation?

We did that, but the question is that it is not helped.
Answer your security questions" is not accepting whatever he is remember and "Use email authentication" does not sent email to any of his addresses. But the main question is that he cannot activate the iPhone which is physically have on hand. Is there any way to get assistance from APPLE to activation issue. I heard it is possible to scan and sent to APPLE some document which will prove that he is the owner of that iPhone and it was not stolen or something. Might anybody knows the workaround for that?

He can call AppleCare and scan and send them his original receipt from an Apple Store or authorized Apple reseller.
