We did that, but the question is that it is not helped.
Answer your security questions" is not accepting whatever he is remember and "Use email authentication" does not sent email to any of his addresses. But the main question is that he cannot activate the iPhone which is physically have on hand. Is there any way to get assistance from APPLE to activation issue. I heard it is possible to scan and sent to APPLE some document which will prove that he is the owner of that iPhone and it was not stolen or something. Might anybody knows the workaround for that?
