Q: Password working on Web but not on Iphone

Hello,

Im really hoping someone can help here.

Im using an IPhone 5.

My AppleID works when I log into it on the web but when I try login on my phone, its either locked into an old AppleID, or after reboot, allows me to fill in my new AppleID but says the password is wrong but the same password works on the web?

Any help appreciated.

Your phone is activation locked
If you are the original owner
Please make a Genius appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
Bring along the original purchase receipts and proof of identity
If you bought the phone from someone - have them take the actions in here
