Hi,
My network on my iPhone 6s Plus have been displaying E, I cant get 4G or even 3G.
1. On and Off my mobile data
2. On and Off flight mode
3. On and Off my phone
4. Remove and re insert SIM card
5. Reset network settings
I had tried all the above and the problem still persist.
Can anyone assist me on this probkem. Thanks

If you have not - restore as NEW from iTunes after a backup
Do not load any apps - just sign in and activate the phone and see if 4G is present
If not
Please make a Genius appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
Check Settings > Mobile data > Voice & Data (this might just say Data depending on your device and carrier). This should be set to 4G.
If this setting is correct, have you tried checking a coverage map for your carrier in your area to ensure that you can receive higher data rates than E?
I Had check with my carrier, no issue on their side
I am having 2 iphone 6s, so it can't be coverage issue
i had also tried enable and disable the 4G several time, switching off, voice and data, data only
i will tried used iTunes to backup and restore And see if it's help. Thanks
Contact your Carrier for Support & if Problem Still Exsist then go to Apple Genius Bar & get support
Try Restore the Device via iTunes & get Backup Restore

Unable to resolve it even after restore the phone through itunes.
Contacted Apple genius and got a call from them earlier and was advised to send in the phone.
No 4G on my iPhone 6s plus
