Hello,
My iPhone6 is not acting right. It won't come on, when i plug it up to my laptop to the apple symbol will appear then go away. So the phone is on cause the screen has a light to it. When i connect it to itunes to update and restore it. It says an unknown error (-23). I'm really not sure what that means.

Check for hardware issues

Here's what to check:
