Q: iPHOTO won't allow me to access it
I have a Macbook Air the was purchased from an Apple Store at the end of November. From the first day of use of the Macbook, iPhoto couldn't be accessed as it said that someone had cancelled the purchase or something along those lines. Earlier today I tried to use it again and downloaded an 'update' from your website as the update from the app store would not work. I then put the app into the rubbish bin on the screen (which it has now disappeared from) and tried to re-download from your website as I cannot find it in the app store at all. 'Updates' will download onto the Macbook but won't open as it says that I need a new version of iPhoto. Basically I do not have iPhoto on my Macbook to be able to update it but cannot find the original app to download at all. How do I get iPhoto? I have the latest software updates for everything else.
MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)
