Q: ipone 5c - stuck in restore as unexpected error

hi, i have tried to update my phone through iTunes on my laptop. it has an unexpected error before completion. after unplugging it and trying to turn the phone on, it will only request to be plugged into iTunes again and then the cycle repeats again with an unexpected error. it is failing to restore and update. can you help please?

It sounds like you are unable to restore your phone because an unexpected error keeps occurring. I would recommend that you use the process in this article to see about getting that resolved:
