Q: Email from iTunes showing I had purchased items which are not mine. How do I get hold of iTunes staff to complain?
I got an email supposedly from iTunes support showing me items I purportedly purchased today with a note to say if they were not my items to click on a link. I think this is a scam but how do I speak to a human to ascertain what is really happening. When I call support and notify the deiembodies voice that IO have an iTunes problem, they tell me to on-line and then ring off, rather rudely I thought. How do I coonect with a human?
iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), iOS 9.3.1, this is not a harware problem

It is a phishing attempt (those phishing emails are fairly common) - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.

You shouldn't need to contact iTunes Support, but if you want to : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
