Considering new purchase. I want to be able to use iWeb on the new device. Can iWeb be loaded to iPad Pro? If not will likely purchase another Mac Mini.
No iWeb app written by Apple available from the iOS App Store .... I just checked.

Apple has no iWeb app for iOS and iWeb for OS X was discontinued long ago, so I wouldn't expect an iWeb for iOS any time in the future.
iWeb for OS X was discontinued in 2011.
New Mac Minis will not have iWeb installed on them any longer, either.
iWeb is deprecated software and has never been ported to iOS and never will be. It's not an actively supported product by Apple. Apple doesn't even own the name iWeb anymore - it's a trademarked corporate name now (a company that offers on demand server hosting, who filed to trademark the name a month before Apple ended the life of its software of the same name).
