Is Final Cut Pro compatible with Windows?
I Don't have a Mac but I want to use final cut pro
iPod touch, iOS 7.1
FCP is Mac only.

using FCPX here even for larger projects on a 2012 MacMini ... eBay, 400 bucks... (add some 16GB Ram...)
FCPX is very tight integrated into OS and hardware, so don't consider a 'hackintosh' ... 😉
And when it's time to replace your PC, consider a Mac – on which you can run both OS X and Windows (from a separate partition). And although this is admittedly a biased comment, you'll quickly find reasons other than running FCP X to justify owning the Mac.😉
