How do I get my iphone contacts into exchange?

I have just purchased Office 365 on my new laptop and have set up a new Microsoft Exchange account. My emails have synced and all is OK. I do, however, want all my contacts that are on my iphone to go into my Outlook Contacts. Does anyone know how this is done?
