Q: Can't Access iTunes with MacPro

Just recently and suddenly, I cannot access iTunes. I enter correct username and password and I receive no message but am still cannot access the iTunes store or my purchased tunes. Ironically, my iPhone can sign in and it is synced to my MacPro. Does anyone have any clues as to what is occurring and how I might resolve this issue? Thank you.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X El Capitan 10.11.4

"iTunes" is the application itself on the computer, not the media (called media) or the iTunes Store (called the iTunes Store).

There is another forum for iTunes questions.  Post there and be specific as to what happens when you try to log in, including exact working of error messages.

You say "MacPro" but there is a Mac Pro (a different forum) and a MacBook Pro. Which are you using (though likely your issue has nothing to do with the actual model computer you are using)?
