Q: Why won't Music Radio play without Wifi?

I understand that you are unable to listen to Beats 1 Radio while on cellular data. Let's go over some additional settings to ensure that this will work for you.
What comes to mind is that even though in the Music app you are allowing to play over cellular, there is another section to check. Go to Settings > Cellular and then scroll down until you see the Music app and make sure that is enabled so it can use your cellular data. Take a look at the article below for more details.
