If for some reason you can't click that link, this is what is included in the Apple Support page...
Your Apple Watch might have a black screen that doesn’t respond when you touch it or press buttons. Or maybe your Apple Watch begins to turn on, but gets stuck during start up.
If your Apple Watch is in Power Reserve or has a low battery, it won't respond to wrist gestures or taps on the screen. To wake your Apple Watch, press the side button. You should see the time on screen.
- If you see just the time, you need to exit Power Reserve. Continue holding the side button until you see the Apple logo. This might take up to 10 seconds.

- If you see
next to the time, you need to charge your Apple Watch.

If you still need help, try to force your Apple Watch to restart. Press and hold the Digital Crown and side button for at least 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Forcing your Apple Watch to restart won't erase information or return your device to factory settings. If you see the Apple logo, but your Apple Watch displays a black screen after it restarts, and you hear a description of what's on the screen, the VoiceOver screen curtain might be on. To turn off VoiceOver:
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap General > Accessibility > VoiceOver.
- Turn Screen Curtain off, then turn VoiceOver off.
If you don’t have your iPhone, you can ask Siri to turn off VoiceOver:
- Press and hold the Digital Crown until your Apple Watch taps you.
- Say “Turn off VoiceOver.”
If you see the Apple logo or a red exclamation mark during startup, and your Apple Watch appears to restart or never fully starts up, contact Apple Support.
