Mainstage 3 and Hauptwerk virtual organ

Hi there

I'm making a keyboard setup for a large show, and I want to use the Hauptwerk pipe organ plugin. The plug does work a bit different regarding the midirouting than other 3rd party plugs, so when I play it through Mainstage it plays all the time, also when I select presets that dosent include the hauptwerk plugin. It's as the midi goes directly to Hauptwerk first and therefore dosent repspond to the change in presets in mainstage. Hauptwerk provide a paper on how to set it up in Logic Pro, but I can´t see the same options in Mainstage.

Have anybody any experience with that plug and Mainstage ?

Hauptwerk virtual pipe organ V.4.2.1.003, free edition (will upgrade if I can use it with mainstage)
