iBooks - Table of content issue

Generally, the entry for TOC doesn't appear on the iBooks navigational panel. Due to this behaviour, when searching terms, the search results refer one page before. For example, In my book, I have an article on "How to prepare vanilla cakes". This heading has been added in the TOC and the respective article section as headers. My book order is Dedication, TOC and so on.. When searching term "How to prepare vanilla cakes", the search results refer to TOC page as dedication page. Snap below. It seems to be purely iBooks apps bugs. please advise.
