May 11, 2016 12:01 PMby gmcmahen,I was in my account information where it ask you "if you want to change your security question" It will ask you first to answer, I gather the security questions you had in place before, but it will not allow me to type anything in the box provided. And another thing, the answers to those questions I replied are true, but it is saying it doesn't match what you have it listed as. Now that part happens "every time" if I try to recover my password. I "always" have to reset my password and have to do it through the email process. That becomes a major pain.
