I was in the process of trying to resubmit the answers to my 2) security questions but it will not allo me to type anything. Can you help?
Where are you trying to enter them (computer's iTunes, store app on an iOS device, http://appleid.apple.com), and what have you tried to see if it fixes it ?
I was in my account information where it ask you "if you want to change your security question" It will ask you first to answer, I gather the security questions you had in place before, but it will not allow me to type anything in the box provided. And another thing, the answers to those questions I replied are true, but it is saying it doesn't match what you have it listed as. Now that part happens "every time" if I try to recover my password. I "always" have to reset my password and have to do it through the email process. That becomes a major pain.
So on http://appleid.apple.com . Have you tried changing that browser's settings, and/or tried using a different browser ?
What in my browser settings would you think needs to be change? Also, why wouldn't what I have been using for years continue to work? Internet Explorer
Security settings might affect it. You haven't recently updated the OS or Internet Explorer version on that computer, or changed any of its settings ? Have you tried using a different browser, does it work on that ?
