Q: Saving video stuck on "canceled"

Was making a report for a game, after trimming the video, I accidentally saved instead of exported the video, after hitting cancel the saving bar changed to say "canceled" on it, and has been stuck there for about 15 minutes now.....Screen Shot 2016-05-11 at 12.16.11 PM.png

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

I finally just tried force closing it, and it came back when I re-opened Quicktime...
