My Mac has just crashed. Help
MMac crashed. Switched it off by holding down the power button. It's now giving me 4 options. Restore from time machine backup, reinstall OSX, get help online or dusk utility. No idea.

- First go to Disk Utility and try repairing/First Aid the disk. Also look at what is listed and see if it looks like OSX is still installed.
- If the disk can be repaired next try reinstalling OSX on top of existing installation. Nothing should be lost if only minor glitch
