In my iTunes, I click ITUNES STORE, the store opens larger than within iTunes.

I have a Windows 7 OS where I run my iTunes. It's up to date (itunes and OS) and was working fine, but suddenly two days ago, when I click on the STORE, the pages are suddenly larger, so large I can't get to the sidebars. And the fonts are larger that when I hover my cursor over a link, the link is not clickable unless I move the pointer off to the side.

I've tried a system restore. ITunes is the latest version. I did nothing special except buying a season pass and download the episodes.

I tried asking Apple Support and they recommended here or online chat. Sadly, Apple Support is not offering online chat to me. 😟

The picture is what the store looks within my iTunes maximized on my desktop. Note the sidebar is all the way in the side and unclickable.User uploaded file

Hi,

I tried opening iTunes in SAFE MODE. Sadly, the problem still exists. Uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes sounds terrifying. I'm reading the link you sent over and try to convince myself to cowboy up and do this.

Is there any other option we could try? I have a lot in my itunes. I'm not worried about losig items, but am worried all of the sorting and organizing I did will be lost. 😟

Removing iTunes does not remove your iTunes Media folder; your files and sorting information should stay intact within the iTunes folders. That being said, it is always recommended to have your important data backed up. If you don't use a back up program, you can always back up your iTunes Media folder manually.

If you follow the article carefully, you don't need to worry about losing information. It can be daunting but removing and reinstalling all of iTunes and it's components is the only real way to know if the issue is with iTunes or with your computer. It can save a lot of troubleshooting time as well.

Make sure you are deleting these folders from the Program Files folder, not the My Music folder. If you are still uncomfortable with these steps, you can set up an appointment at the Apple Retail Store and they can help you remove iTunes.
