I Have a used iPod touch 5 Generation and I want to know how much to sell it for it has no scratches and it would come with a case I'm hoping for 320$ to 270$

Used ipod touch 5s are trending at $132 on ebay, but new ones trend at $210. $270-$320 is a bit much, there's too much competition for it to sell at that price.
This isn't really a "For Sale" site, but you may wish to lower your expectations considerably.
You could look on ebay and see how much they go for...not what they list for, what successful sales are.
I would say, honestly, 60% of retail might be a good price. Even in pristine like new condition I got $53 from mine at best buy. I know they buy cheap from me to resell, but I don't think you can expect near full retail for a few years old device.
