Q: Trying to submit podcast, but iTunes 'can't parse' my feed. What do I do?

I'm trying to upload my new podcast to iTunes, but i get the error 'Can't parse your feed.' I don't know what this means – what can I do to solve this and get my podcast up and running on iTunes? My feed address is: https://petethink.wordpress.com/tag/podcast/ and I'm using Google Drive/Wordpress to host and publish.

Thank you.

That URL is not a feed, it's a web page. You need to find out what the feed URL is (it whould normally end in .xml or .rss). Word press is unlikely to have created this because the URL of your first episode's media file is

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_rosabHwPpWdVVrcEMxaGtONnc

This lead to a page with an embedded player, which won't do. You must provide a direct link to the actual file, which must end with the extension, e.g. .mp3. When the URL is entered in the address bar of Safari or another browser it must play directly in the browser, not within a page.

Google Drive is not a suitable place to host your media files: it's caused endless problems. You can host files on any ordinary webspace server provided it handles 'bytew range requests' (the method used by iPhones to download files).
