I have for the last few weeks been using att's wifi calling on my IMAC as well as ipad. I temporarily turned off wifi calling for my IMAC from the iphone interface in the allow calls on screen when I turned it back on the only calling option I have is the option that requires the iphone to be on.

Please note that the setting "Allow Calls on..." is not the same as Wi-Fi calling. To turn on Wi-Fi calling please go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling if allowed by your carrier. The following article may help.
