iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to server.

I tried login to www.icloud.com, and kept getting error message, "iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to server."

I have tried 2 different internet connections (cable modem & LTE network) but still get the same error message. Using OS X 10.11.4 and safari 9.1

Does anyone have any suggestion / solution? Please help.

Can't login to iCloud.com
