Hi I Have The $9.99 Apple Membership. My Question is when the membership runs out even thou I downloaded the songs/albums to the cloud can I still play the music or no

When the membership runs out you will be unable to play any Apple Music files whether streamed or downloaded. It's basically a subscription streaming service, with the additional facility to download songs to cover periods when you're offline. Downloaded songs can only be played on the device which downloaded them (and so can't be transferred to any iPod though obviously the Touch can download them). All this ceases without the subscription.
