updated to icloud 5.2 now photo stream to my PC won't work

Have you hit the 1000 photos or 30 day limit by any chance? Photo Stream does not keep photos forever. Photo Library does.

I'm having the same problem.. Everything worked until the 5.2 update....just gets stuck. So, frustrating.

I had the same problem. On 5.1 photostream worked fine, after upgrading to 5.2 is stopped working.

Error in %APPDATA%\Apple Computer\Logs\aslxxx.log :

Failed getting master key: The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -25300 - Failed finding service MasterKey)

Had this on 2 different machines, removed the installation and %APPDATA%\Apple Computer directories, reinstalled 5.2 but to no avail.

I ended up removing 5.2 and reinstalling 5.1 again (you can still find 5.1 and older versions here : http://icloud.software.informer.com/download/ )

Thanks, downgrading to 5.1 worked! Its clear that photo stream is broken in 5.2..

Even the 6.0 version of iCloud that was just released does not solve the Photostream issue. 5.1 is still the only version for me for which photostream sync works.

Mine is iCloud 6.0.1 running on Windows 10. It stopped downloading photos to my photo stream "xxx\iCloud Photos\Downloads" folder. The last time worked is about 3 weeks ago as I see some photo with that date time stamp, but I cannot remember if I had to remove it first and then reinstall iCloud to make it work. I didn't check iCloud Photo Library as I don't want blow up my iCloud space.

Upload works, when I put some photos into the Uploads folder, I can see it from my iPhone.
