Q: What if you have never connected your iphone to itunes ? would i be able to long onto any itunes with my apple account and retrieve my seriel number or imei ?

Mi iphone was stolen from a friend and it was registered with an icloud account i currently have access to . The person must have disabled find my iphone and deleted my icloud because it does not show my device on the find my iphone app. It doesnt even appear on apple.com or anywhere else. Is there anyway i can retrieve my serial number or imei to lock my iphone ? i bought the phone from a second-hand store . they may or may not have the serial number . i forgot my old phone number but my phone's service was t-mobile .

There is no way they could have disabled FmiP without the credentials for your iCloud account... if you didn't fall victim to a scam (email or text message directing you to log into iCloud to see your phone, etc), then you need to consider whether the "friend" it was stolen from had the password for your account...

    Not accusing them, but...

i disabled fmip myself before i handed the phone to my friend sadly .. For the iphone was stolen from my friend and i never gave out my icloud password . its just strange that i cannot seem to see my device connected my account at https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage . it says Devices you sign in to with your Apple ID will appear here. and nothing is there .  the service is currently off also so the person must be using wifi but i need to find a way to obtain the imei or serial number to lock the phone ... then when i log into icloud.com on the computer and i go to the "find friends" tab at the bottom i can see the name of my device and nothing else. so the account is still connected but fmip and the location is off .

You can't see it connected to your Apple ID because you removed it from FMiP, making it trivially easy to wipe it so it could be used on another account.

Odds are you're never going to see it again.

If you know the thief, then call the police.
