why i cant open my healt app in my applewatch app on my phone

hi I change my weight yesterday in the health app but this morning when I went to workout didn't track my calories I understand that I have to change also in the watch app my weight , but for some reason when I try to go to the health app in the watch app automatic kick me out to the main scream I restart both my iwatch and my phone and the problem continue. please help me here😕
