Q: how to delete my entire calendar?

Open the Calendar app
Make sure your Calendar List is showing in the pane on the left, if not click the Calendars button on the top left
Right-click on the calendar you want to delete and select Delete.
You can create a new blank calendar here: In the Calendar app, File > New Calendar

Sounds like a drastic move...do you care to share what problems you are experiencing.
In addition to the comments made by Axeman1020, you must have created at least one New/blank calendar before you can remove all of your other calendars.
Then another thing to check is Calendar>Preferences...>Accounts...remove all accounts listed.
