I bought Office 365 and for some reason Access refuses to download. I was under the impression that access was apart of office 365 and i need it urgently for school, does anyone have any suggestions?

Access is a Windows only program, it won't install or run on a Mac.
I have heard that but one of the other girls in my class said that she just downloaded it?
She is mistaken. There is NOT - and never has been - a version of Access for the Mac.
Is she running Windows on her Mac?
That is the only way the download will be of any use to her.
If you need Access, you can install Windows on your Mac so that you can run it.
