May 12, 2016 10:16 AM in response to Zulumazuby once_you_go_mac,You can login to https://appleid.apple.com/ and locate the "Devices" section. From there you can remove the iPad from your device list. This should do the trick for the buyer!

May 12, 2016 12:33 PM in response to Zulumazuby ManSinha,If you can - you may need to meet with the new owner and see what is being shown on the iPad and log out of Find iPad account if still logged in
If you cannot - you may need to request that the iPad be shipped back to you for you to complete the steps
this is presuming that the remote erase suggested by the prior posters is not working for some reason

As she states, the device needs to come back online and then you should be able to take action through iCloud.
