Q: 2007 mbp network preference empty solved
I keep my OS up to date. My apps are up to date as well.
I'm running XQuartz for the x11 windowing system.
When ever I chose networking preferences. That preference choice makes all preferences non responsive. I have to force quit my preferences. Of course, net networking stays chosen so I have to delete my preferences .plist file and immediately reboot.
Oh, my keyboard has been broken for years. I use a blue tooth kb. I also have a usb over current error , a and 6 giggles of RAM in a 1x2g and 1x4G sticks. Tho I doubt those have anything to do w the problem.
I probably caused the problem by being too over zealous in my culling of system level daemons and other back ground creatures that are too chatty. Meaning I possibly deleted some file.
