I have the problem that my new Navi in the VW Touareg needs a rSAP Profile to connect my 6splus completely to the Nav-System.
When will this be implemented or will it be?

You are not talking to Apple. No one here can speak to Apple's plans as to whether or not to implement the rSAP bluetooth profile in the iPhone.
As you can see from this support document, iOS: Supported Bluetooth profiles - Apple Support, that profile currently does not exist for the iOS devices.
As far as when or if, this is a user to user support forum. Apple does not participate here, and no one here would know the answer to that question. You would have to wait until Apple announces any changes like that.
