May 12, 2016 4:38 PM in response to Darryl Weissby ManSinha,Download iCloud console for Windows
Set up and use iCloud for Windows - Apple Support
Then sync your Outlook to work with your iCloud email and calendar
Also sync your phone with iCloud
There are scattered reports that this actually makes the sync smoother

May 12, 2016 7:09 PM in response to Darryl Weissby Darryl Weiss,Now I'm total screwed. I got iCloud to load, I think it went to the gmail address I use for business so:
1) It has wiped all my Outlook appointments off of Outlook. (fortunately they are still on my phone)
2) I tried to change the address and it said that was my rescue address, so
3) I changed my rescue address and tried to change the main address to what I want and it tells me that address is associated with another account.
4) what the **** account?, how do I find it to delete it so I can use the address where I want.
5) Do I need to go see one of the geniuses?
6) Is it time for a 10 pound sledge hammer?
Geeze I'm steamed. I just had my 5th stroke 2 weeks ago so I don't need this crap.

May 12, 2016 7:19 PM in response to Darryl Weissby ChrisJ4203,If you have your phone connected to the computer and iTunes, and you go to the Info link, do you see the list of your calendars there? Do you have more than one calendar, and if so, which one is selected as your default? Have you tried doing any troubleshooting in Outlook? I'm still using Outlook 2010 and Windows 7, with an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.1 and have no troubles with syncing the two. Have you tried running scanpst.exe on your outlook .pst file? Have you tried creating a new calendar and testing to see if it will sync both directions? Have you used the diagnostics in iTunes to see if everything is correct there?

I agree that you don't need this, especially now. Please go see one of the Geniuses or call Apple Support. They will walk you through your issue and help you set it up.
