Q: photos has not loaded for weeks (usually chrome browser on a windows PC at work).  i have now tried it on a few other computers and get the same error message and i report it every time.  is there anything i can do or just wait until someone fixes it

If you want any help here, you'll have to tell us what the error message is.

Who are you reporting the errors to?

The error message seems to show a connectivity issue. Is there a firewall at work that may be restricting your access to iCloud? Companies often filter Facebook, Twitter et al, so maybe your company has blocked iCloud.com. Ask your IT guy.

Sorry... no idea then. It would seem to be something tied to your Apple ID/account then.

If you haven't called Apple directly and reported this, I would.
