Q: Objects moving when transferred to another machine.

I am having an interesting issue with Keynote. In my presentation space we display 3840x1080 pixel slides on a massive LED screen. The presenters create their slides on their Macbook pros, then we transfer them to a machine driving the show (Mac Pro). However, when the deck is transferred to our content machine for presenting, certain text and objects are always in slightly different places than they were during creation on the laptop. For instance, some text that was circled, the circle is now moved and cutting through the text.

Both machines are running OSX 10.11.3, both have the latest Keynote version...

Any help is appreciated.
