Q: iPad Air crashes all the time
I have been using my iPad Air since the day it launched and I had no problem nonetheless in my overall experience. But just about a Week ago my iPad begun being slower and slower and it crashed all the time reaching a state where it is now longer usable. Other problems specifically include not even being able to type my passcode some times and when and if I reach the home screen, if I want to launch an app there is usually a delay of about 1-5 minutes until it launches it and when it does rarely does it work properly and it crashes after some time. I have tried multiple times and with many different ways to solve this problem and I was also advised by similar questions' answers to mine with some solutions but none of them worked. Specifically what I tried was: 1. I updated to the latest iOS 9.3.1 just to be sure that this wasn't the problem as the update included bug fixes (here it is worth mentioning that I couldn't install the update from my iPad as it already had a serious problem and so I had to install it from iTunes by connecting it to a computer) but that wasn't it 2. After that I was advised to clear history and website data just to be sure and I did but that didn't solve the problem either 3. What I read from an answer to a similar question to mine was to reset all setting so that's what i did and I was really hoping that it would work but again sadly it didn't. I repeat that I had no other problem with my iPad Air in general and that the ram was just enough for my needs, Furthermore I usually clean the apps from multitasking when I see that it becomes the slightest slower. In order to to try to solve the problem i had to force reboot my iPad a couple of times just to get that little time window where it didn't crashed that lasted about one minute just enough to do what I had to do before returning to its constantly crashing state. What I am concerned about is that as I have read in a q&a this problem might be cause by a specific app and that means that I will have to uninstall them one by one to see if it is any of them and that would take centuries! Moreover, now that one week has passed i cannot even open to the home screen as the iPad refuses to turn on correctly and it needs constant reboot... If anyone has any advice or had to face the same problem or from personal experience please share it with me , furthermore if you know any potential solutions that I haven't tried I would be glad to hear them!!!
I wouldn't want to clear my content as I have many things that are essential for my job in this iPad and I may could use backup but the last one I have was from last year as I have no more iCloud storage to store another one. Again please share you advise and solutions with me, I appreciate your help.

Two suggestions:
1) Your iPad could be defective in which case all you can do is take it to an Apple Store for testing.
2) If the problem is with the software all you can do at this stage is a system restore. You may not want to do this but there is nothing else left to try. You many lose some of the data but unfortunately you have not backed it up on a regular basis. i wish I had better news.
System Restore. First backup your device using iTunes if you still can. Then import your photos to your computer. Try restoring from the backup first and testing it. If it does not help, you may have to restore as New and reconfigure from scratch. Here are the steps for a Restore:
