Q: Bootcamp Windows 10, Trackpad, display, keyboard

When i shut down my macbook pro 2015, the force touch trackpad is still on, it doesnt turn off, but if i shut down from os X it turns off (i dont feel the click) why is that so?

when i close the lid in windows 10, it shuts down even though i set it to just hibernate.

when i click the battery icon in the taskbar, the brightness option is grayed out i cant change brightness (im not in power saving mode)

the apple function keys do not work.

USB devices are not being properly powered down, but set to 'sleep/hibernate' - please see USB ports still under power after shutdown as an example.

Check Power Options -> Advanced Settings.

Do you have the Bootcamp Control Panel? Do you have any unknown devices in Device Manager? You may be missing Apple Keyboard driver under Device Manager -> Keyboard.
