Q: Just bought an audiobook on my phone won't download

I just bought an audiobook on my phone. I recieved an email that I paid for it. I click on the cloud next to it and I keep getting an error that I have paid for it but had not been downloaded.

    If you'd like to download a previously purchased audiobook from iBooks on your iPhone, then I suggest that you follow the steps below.

     

    On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    1. Open the iBooks app.
    2. Tap Search from the bottom navigation bar, then search for the audiobook that you want to download.
    3. Tap Audiobooks.
    4. Scroll to find the audiobook that you want to download, then tap it.
    5. Tap the Download icon   . The audiobook downloads to your device.

    Download your past purchases

    HI, I have this problem too and I tried doing those steps but it still won't download. This is what it says when I try to download it...image.png
