Q: Apple Watch turn off and cannot turn on again


Dear all,

 

I have a problem this morning i found out that my apple watch is turned off

I think that it was low-batt and try to charge it, but no response at all

 

I tried to charge it for half an hour and still no response

i have pressed the side button, and also force restart but also no response

 

can you help me what i should do?

    Hi Rio

     

    Try charging your watch for at least 2.5 hours, ensuring that you follow the charging instructions here:

     

    - Check your battery and charge your Apple Watch - Apple Support

     

    After charging, if your watch has not already restarted automatically:

     

    - Try restarting it (by pressing and holding the side button until you see the Apple logo).

    - Next try force restarting it: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the logo.

     

    If you see the Apple logo, but the display otherwise remains black screen after restarting, check whether VoiceOver and screen curtain are turned on:

     

    - On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.

     

    If the issue persists, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch and power accessories checked under warranty:
