Q: convert one large pdf file (with many pages) into one jpg file

I thought that in the past it worked but it doesn't anymore. I want to convert one large pdf file (let us say for instance 20 pages) into one jpg.  I tried as usual but it just export one page and not the 20 pages of my example.
