My apple ID and my ICLOUD are different but the email that is attached to my icloud doesn't exsist, so how can i reset that?

You can change the email address that is associated with the Apple ID you are using for iCloud.
Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
I suggest you use the same Apple ID for both iCloud & iTunes.
