Q: .MOV files won't play, show 00:00 duration

I'm in the process of upgrading my household's network storage, and I've found a significant amount of video files that are now unplayable. They are all .mov and show a 00:00 playtime, even though they should be 2-3 minutes long. I believe all of the videos were shot on an iPhone 4s/5 and imported through iPhoto. I've posted the MediaInfo data from one of the files below.

    The data provided indicates the original MP4 data was exported by iPhoto as a single frame JPEG image in an MOV file container. Re-export the source files correctly, duplicate/extract copies, or "drag duplicate" copies of the original source files from the library package if still available.
