Q: Ratings and reviews - what restrictions are in place?

What kinds of restrictions might prevent users from submitting ratings and reviews for podcasts?

 

I have a friend who started a foreign language podcast. He has done an amazing job. However, he can't rate or review his podcast and he can't from his wife's account. He wants to go through the process of reviewing it so he can create screenshots to post on his website showing people how they can rate and review his podcast.

    I was able to bring up the form to write a review - I don't want to actually write a phantom one. I would expect that he wouldn't be able to review his own podcast, but if he can't do it from a separate account I don't know what could cause that. I can only suggest he tries getting someone else to review and do the screenshots.
