reducing storage usage by deleting -- doesn't work!!!!
clear all in deleted messages is grayed out -- can't clear messages and reduce storage.
deleted emails but it didn't change the amount of storage used to backup iphone
iPad, iOS 7.0.4, Reinstalled iTunes on PC
