2. Boot into Safe mode
3. Go in to Finder - press Option + Go - ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
4. Find the report of the start up gone array and post it please

The screen is unreadable, and doesn't appear to respond when attempting to boot into safe mode. Have scheduled a meeting with Apple Support.
