I Have no idea I'd like to make mine smoother for painting and drawing I just ordered some I wonder if I can use a cleaning product maybe on the tip the replacement on mine is already wearing down. Im not getting the delivery until Monday wondering.If there is a way to smooth it out until then.

Everything I have read recommends a soft damp cloth - if you are wanting to sand down the edge or something - I have not come across any of that and you may damage the iPad if you use the pencil after sanding it down.
Ok one person suggested a dry Qtip I will try that.
I suggested a dry Qtip in the other post asking for help cleaning dirt and dust from around the cap. I don't think that will "smooth out" the tip.
It might be time for a new tip if yours seems rough. The new tip I just installed is smooth and shiny.
