Apple TVWWhat exactly happens? Are you importing for a camera or a drive? Can you select the media and click import? Then what happens? Does the import window close?

May 13, 2016 5:41 PM in response to Tom Wolskyby 404UsernameNotFound,I am importing from my drive. I can click import and the import window opens. but whenever I'm trying to import anything, it doesn't do anything. It doesn't close or anything. Dragging and dropping also doesn't work.

Apple TVStart by trashing your preferences. Hold Opt-Cmd as the application launches. If that doesn't work reinstall the application from the App Store.

Apple TVDDid you download and reinstall from the App Store? If yes, you need to take the system to an Apple Store or service technician.

May 21, 2016 2:17 AM in response to 404UsernameNotFoundby Luis Sequeira1,Try creating a new library and see if the behavior is any different.
If it does not work, use FCS Remover to completely remove the application, and then download again from the Purchases section of the App Store.
