Visa Debit Card?

Hey, so I'd like to register my Apple ID using a prepaid Visa debit card. It's not working. Once I filled it out, it told me to come to Apple Support for some reason..? It has valid info, and I don't own a credit/debit card that ISN'T prepaid. Any help? Please respond ASAP; I have to go somewhere in an hour.

iPhone 6s, 16 gigs (I think.)
