Q: Broken Apple Cord
Less than 2 months ago I purchased a new apple charging cable to replace my old one, it was working like normal. Then today went to charge it with my computer (Like I have done before) it said "This accessory is not supported by this device." I have tried plugging it back into the wall using different adapters and nothing is working. Will apple replace this for me? If so, how do I proceed to have it replaced? Thank you for your help.
-I have an Apple iPod 5th generation (w/ the newest version of IOS) and the Apple Lightning Cable
